DP Real Estate has a diverse portfolio of real estate holdings in various communities throughout Eastern Iowa. We are based out of Dubuque, IA, where much of our rental portfolio resides. We also invest in rural and distressed communities where there is a shortage of low-cost or quality housing. We understand that the residents love these communities, but may feel pushed to move to other areas due to better availability or a better quality of living.

 

Reasonably priced real estate is hard to find anymore, and buyers/renters are left with very few options. We solve that issue by investing in distressed properties, either by renovating and making properties available for sale or rent, or or introduce previously unlisted properties as affordable "fixer-uppers" for the next owner/investor.

Our Dubuque rental market's primary focus is single-family homes, providing additional rental opportunities for individuals not ready to buy a home.​
